Featuring a robust 15" blade (370 mm) and a Superglide-treated gauge plate and blade cover, it ensures smooth and accurate slicing with adjustable thickness from 0 to 0.98" (0-25 mm). Built with an anodized aluminum alloy construction, it combines strength with easy maintenance, while the new design includes a rounded and enlarged receiving surface for added convenience. Safety is prioritized with features such as a fixed blade ring guard, aluminum thumb guard, interlock for carriage disassembly, and NVR (No Voltage Release) switch with protections on the sharpener and blade. Capable of handling slicing volumes of 8 hours or more, it is powered by a 0.4 HP (300 W) motor running at 250 RPM on 110V/60Hz/1Ph power. With a generous cut size of 14.6" x 10.2" (370 x 260 mm) and a high cheese slicing rating, this slicer delivers exceptional precision, reliability, and safety, making it ideal for butcher shops, delis, and commercial kitchens.
