Order Policy

Availability: We mark all items with "in-stock" or "out-of-stock" which is updated periodically to ensure accurate information. If an item is mismarked as "in-stock" or the item is not available, you will be notified by email of the delay with the option of waiting for the item to re-stock, or cancelling your order for a full refund.

Order Modifications: As an online business, we have technologies in place that move in-stock orders quickly through the system to prevent back-logs. We can adjust your order usually within 15 minutes after you place it (during normal business hours), but cannot guarantee any modifications after your order is placed, so please verifiy your information before submitting your order.

Cancellation: Once the order is placed we cannot guarantee that it can be cancelled unless an item is not available or out-of-stock. If you would like to cancel an order, kindly contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already been processed or shipped are not eligible for cancellation.

ButcherWebstore reserves the right to cancel any order, refund, credit or reshipment at our discretion without notice. ButcherWebstore reserves the right to refuse service to any person or business.

Sales Tax: We charge sales tax to South Dakota shipping locations.

Payment Methods

Credit Cards: Our recommended method of processing orders. We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover. Pre-paid credit cards are accepted as long as you register a billing address. We only accecpt single card purchases at checkout.

Alternative Payment Methods: For our larger volume customers, we offer bank-to-bank ACH or wire transfers. Due to high fraud, we are not accepting paper checks or money orders at this time.

Digital Payments: We accept PayPal and Google Pay for secure and encrypted digital transactions. Payments are charged at checkout, and orders are processed upon successful payment. Any additional fees or currency conversion costs are determined by PayPal or Google Pay. Chargebacks should be discussed with us first, as fraudulent disputes may result in account suspension.

Currency: All listed items and payments are in US Dollars ($) on ButcherWebstore.com. International orders will be captured in USD and converted to local currency.

Purchase Orders: We do not accept purchase orders as a form of payment.

Payment Verification: We utilize agressive anti-fraud software. If a payment issue arises, we will notify you for verification with the information provided on the order.

Products

Product Warranty: We do our best to list the manufacturer warranty on the product page, however some manufacturers make it difficult and have variable warranties. Most new products include a manufacturer warranty where applicable. if you have any questions please contact us.

It is your responsibility to follow the manufacturer guidelines for warranty, in some cases you may be required to register the product for the warranty to take place. ButcherWebstore is not responsible for manufacturer warranties and cannot guarantee compensation for warranty related issues.

Product Content: Content on each product page is general information about the product and should not be taken as legal advice. Most content is provided by the manufacturer and may be updated by them without notice to us. We cannot guarantee every piece of content is accurate and true, for this we are not responsible for inaccuracies in descriptions, specification, images, nor content on product pages. We reserve the right to update or change content without notice.

Images: We provide the most accurate information available to us. Some product images are difficult to obtain from certain manufacturers and we sometimes need to substitute a generic photo. We find the closest representation of the product possible in these situations. For this, we recommend reading through our content provided for the product.

Image Colors: We make the best effort to have high quality images on our site. Many of the images are provided by each manufacturer respectively. Depending on the lighting in the photo or your device settings, colors may differ slightly from the actual product.

Pricing: All pricing is listed in USD (U.S. Dollars) and item pricing is subject to change without notice at any time. Manufacturer price increases come at random times throughout the year, and while we try our best to provide the most up to date pricing, sometime errors can happen. ButcherWebstore is not responsible for changes due to manufacturer price increases. This applies to any un-paid orders. If the price changes of the product after you order, we will contact you to find the best resolution.

Processing & Delivery Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. For semi deliveries, add 1-2 business days for processing.

Handling Time: 1 to 3 Business Days (Monday - Friday)

Transit Time: 0-9 Business Days (Monday - Friday)

You'll receive an email confirmation of shipment with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Restrictions

We ship to majority of the United States, if your location is not available in checkout, please contact us. At this time, we do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Shipping Costs

Most orders qualify for free shipping. Free Shipping includes the continental lower 48 states. Additional fee's may apply for deliveries to AK and HI or semi deliveries to residential homes, apartments or limited access locations; please contact us for a custom shipping quote today.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. You can track your order using the provided tracking number on the carrier’s website. You may also register for an account for free or track your order online by clicking here.

Damaged or Missing Items

FedEx / UPS: If you receive damaged goods or items are missing, contact us within 5 days at help@butcherwebstore.com or for assistance. Missing items will be sent (if available) or refunded. Damages require detailed photos of the damaged item and the shipping carton. Failure to provide proof of damage will result in no credit being issued.

Semi Deliveries: Semi deliveries may require a signature, by an adult over the age of 18. Some residential deliveries (not all) may be dropped off at your location without a signature needed. You are responsible for inspecting your shipment PRIOR to signing for your delivery (when applicable). In the rare case your item was damaged, contact us within 1-2 business days at help@butcherwebstore.com with detailed documentation. It's important to take clear photos of the damage, including before and after you un-wrap. Save all packaging material.

Orders signed for without notation of damage are not guaranteed any compensation. Once you sign your name to the delivery receipt, you are releasing the carrier of any damages unless noted.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet delivery estimates, shipping delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or carrier issues. ButcherWebstore.com is not responsible for delays once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

Return Policy

Return Eligibility: Returns are accpeted must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them. All items are marked with a return period on the product page.

Return Period: 30 days from date of receipt, unless marked "non returnable" on product page.

Restocking Fee: Non-defective returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Once you request your return from a customer service agent, you'll be provided the return address to return your item(s).

Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect item, kindly contact us right away and we'll make it right. A no-cost replacement will be issued with a call tag to pick up the old item, however sometimes we may ask you to drop the item off at the carrier with a pre-paid shipping label.

Defective Items: If you believe your item is defective, please contact us right away. Each manufacturer is different and some may require you to contact them directly. If the item is used, it falls under your manufacturer warranty and ButcherWebstore is not liable. If the item is in new condition and defective (ex: doesn't turn on), contact us right away so we can work with you on a no-cost replacement. Many cases vary, so if you feel your product is not adequate, kindly contact us and we can find the right solution.

Non-Returnable Items: Products marked "non returnable" on the proudct page. Products that have been used, installed, damaged, or are missing parts not caused by ButcherWebstore. Clearance items, food products, vacuum seal bags, clam shell packaged products and parts. Customized or special-order items are non-returnable.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or there was an error caused by ButcherWebstore. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item. In the event of a lost or damaged return, you will need to file a claim with your carrier of choice.

Item shipped by semi, must be returned by semi in the same condition. Meaning, you must wrap the pallet (carton) as it was delivered to you. Photographs of semi returns are required prior to pick-up to ensure properly packaged.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, follow these steps:

    1. Contact customer service at help@butcherwebstore.com or contact us page to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
    2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging if applicable.
    3. Clearly mark the RA number on the return shipping label.
    4. Ship the item to the address provided by customer service.

Exchanges

We have product exchanges available. In the event you need to exchange a product, kindly contact us at help@butcherwebstore.com.

For the health and safety of our staff, used equipment returned with food particles may be destroyed upon receipt with no credit issued.

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method used at checkout within 3-5 business days. If we cannot refund your original payment method, we will issue a paper check to your billing address listed on the order. We will notify you by email of any refund and current status.

Shipping and handling fees for non-defective returns are non refundable. Shipping and handling fee's defective merchandise will be refunded to the original payment method. If your order qualified for free shipping, the initial cost of shipping and handling will be deducted from your non-defective return.

The refund amount will be the original purchase price minus applicable restocking fees (30%) and shipping and handling fees. For defective returns, you will be refunded the original purchase price.

All refunds are provided in USD.
