The adjustable temperature range of 70°F to 195°F and Ambient Air Mode ensure optimal drying for diverse needs, while the 304 food-grade stainless steel trays deliver consistent, even drying without rotation. Powered by a robust 4.5 kW motor (1.5 kW per zone), it uses up to 50% less energy than comparable units, making it both efficient and cost-effective. The 99-hour digital timer and memory function simplify operation, allowing you to dehydrate with confidence and ease.
