The BenchFoods 32 Tray Vertical Commercial Stainless Steel Dehydrator (Model: 32VCUD) is a high-capacity, energy-efficient solution designed for continuous commercial use. With 57 sq. ft. of drying space across 32 stainless steel mesh trays, this dehydrator provides ample room for dehydrating large batches of fruits, vegetables, jerky, pet treats, and more. Its vertical airflow design and 2 independent zones allow for precise temperature and timing control, enabling simultaneous processing of diverse products.

Featuring an adjustable temperature range from 70°F to 195°F, plus Ambient Air Mode, it ensures consistent, high-quality results for a wide range of applications. The 304 food-grade stainless steel trays promote even drying without the need to rotate food, while dishwasher-safe non-stick mats (sold separately) simplify cleanup. Powered by a 3.75 kW motor, the dehydrator uses up to 50% less energy than comparable models, operates quietly at 45 dB, and is built for reliability with durable stainless steel construction.
