The ALFA VS-99H Housing is the foundation for the GS-12 Grater/Shredder or VS-12 Vegetable Slicer power attachment, providing a robust and reliable solution for mixers, choppers, and power drives. Constructed from heavy-gauge polished aluminum, this housing can replace #12 Hobart VS9 power attachments, delivering high performance and durability. When paired with the VS-99D Door, VS-99P Pusher Plate, and either the VS-12DH Disk Holder or VS-12KDS Slicer Knife Assembly, it forms the ultimate aftermarket version of Hobart's VS9. Easy to disassemble and clean, this unit is hand-wash only to prevent damage. Dishwasher use may seize the unit and void its 6-month warranty.
