Product Description

The ALFA NSF-Approved VS-22DH Disk Holder is a reliable and versatile tool for grating and shredding cheese, coleslaw, hash browns, nuts, and spices. Designed for heavy-duty use, it features a hardened shaft for durability and replaceable studs to securely hold any of ALFA's seven Taiwanese or eight German shredding disks. The brass collar ensures the holder stays locked in place during operation. It easily swaps out with ALFA's VS-22KDS Slicer Knife Assembly to enable vegetable slicing. This disk holder is a direct replacement for ALFA GS-22 or VS-22 and is also compatible with Hobart VS9. Specifically designed to fit 3/4" diameter hubs commonly found on 140-quart and some older 80-quart Hobart mixers, it comes with a 6-month warranty. Hand wash only, as dishwasher use may seize the unit and void the warranty.
