The ALFA AMG-12 #12 Meat Grinder is a robust, commercial-grade grinder built to perform under the most demanding conditions. Powered by an energy-efficient 1-horsepower motor, it features precision, heat-treated steel gears for durability, along with a motor overload safety switch and reverse switch for added reliability. With a production capacity of 480 pounds per hour, this grinder offers exceptional output to meet the needs of busy kitchens. Constructed from seamless stainless steel, the AMG-12 is ETL-approved for safety and sanitation and conforms to NSF Standard #8. The unit comes fully equipped with a stainless steel grinder head, cylinder, ring, worm, pan, 1 cutting knife, 1 sausage stuffing tube, 1 meat stomper, and 2 grinding plates (1/4" and 5/16" grind sizes). Operating on 110v, 8 Amps, 60hz, single phase, it includes a standard NEMA 5-15P plug with a 7" cord. Made in Taiwan and backed by a 6-month parts-only warranty, the ALFA AMG-12 delivers reliable, high-performance meat grinding for any commercial operation.
